May Day, May Day 2016.

Remember when we used to deliver May baskets to our close friends or relatives, hand made paper baskets filled with a few flowers, ring the bell or knock on the door and run away!

Today our May basket is 25 mph winds in Amarillo.  We don't drive in uncomfortable weather so we are here for another night.  Good day to be stuck - golf on TV and puzzles to work.

The drive from Amarillo was the same, yet always interesting sights to observe along the way. Spring barely arriving just east of the Sandias, then at Tucumcari green fields and freshly tilled fields and arriving in Texas to see grain crops green and at least 8 inches high.
