Monday night we went to Snowshoe Baseball.  I promised photos, but they were hard to get!  Next Monday maybe we'll sit in the outfield in our chairs instead of in the stands and perhaps I can get different pictures without the screen in the way!  Here is what we saw:

Yesterday we drove a few miles to Rhinelander for dinner at The Brick, an old favorite.

Just as some towns have artist-created horses or cows, Rhinelander has The Hodag. You certainly would not want to meet a live one!
In 1893, newspapers reported the discovery of a Hodag in Rhinelander, Wisconsin by prankster, Eugene Shepherd. It had "the head of a frog, the grinning face of a giant elephant, thick short legs set off by huge claws, the back of a dinosaur, and a long tail with spears at the end".
